An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 8/18/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 12:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations
