This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interview and a virtual tour of the home.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 09/01/2021 and concluded on 09/01/2021. There were 10 children present with 2 caregivers supervising. A monitoring inspection was also conducted on this date.
