The vendor shall maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Four children were not signed out on the written attendance record on 10/15/2024.

Plan of Correction: Teachers will reinforce parents signing out their children daily. Teachers will sign out when forgotten by parents.
