Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/12/2022. The provider was caring for 7 children, totaling 6 points. At the time of the inspection, all children had just returned from morning swim practice and were involved in quiet individual activities. The children were to be served tacos with lettuce and tomato, apricots, and milk for lunch today.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administrative record keeping, emergency preparedness, the physical plant, summer programming, nutrition, and children's records.
