Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on August 10, 2023 between the hours of approximately 9:30 a.m. and 10:05 a.m. There were 3 children present with the Provider for a total of 3 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed crafting using fuse beads. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children records, fire drill log, menu, and attendance were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
