Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted April 11, 2024 between the hours of 7:25am - 8:40am. There was 1 child directly supervised by 1 caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver record, 1 child record, 5 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. The child was observed eating breakfast and having positive interactions with the provider. There was an assortment of age-appropriate materials for children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations of applicable standards.
