Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 3/14/2023 and concluded on 3/14/2023. There were 35 children directly supervised by 10 staff members. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group presentation by a Dentist.. The physical plant, 3 child records, 7 staff records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: Staff #1, date of employment 9/27/2021 has not completed the 10 hour Department of Education orientation course.
Plan of Correction: Staff will complete the course and maintain the certificate in the staff's record.
