Inspector Notes

An inspection was conducted to measure and inspect a classroom located upstairs. This room will be used for the 2 1/2 years to 3 1/2 years old children starting in the summer. There is 1 toilet and 2 sinks within the classroom. 12 children are allowed in the classroom based on the measurements. Discussed storing any medications in the room in a locked area. Discussed intercom, walkie talkies and cell phones as means of communication with the office located downstairs. Discussed parent drop off and pick up area, if walking children through the hallways and stairwell to the classroom upstairs, then all areas must be free from hazards.
