Inspector Notes
The Licensing Inspector initiated an unannounced renewal inspection on 4/6/2023. The inspector was on site from 2:40pm until 3:30pm.
There were 13 children under the care of 2 staff. The ages of the children ranged from five to twelve years old. The children were observed during indoor free play, breakfast, group time and lunch. Six children?s record and four staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations
3Evidence: Staff #2, hired on 12/1/2022 had no record of a Central Registry on file during inspection on 4/6/2023.
Evidence: Staff #2, has an expired TB screening. The last screening was dated 08/05/2020.
Evidence:
Staff #1 with a hire date of 12/1/2022 did not have the 10 hour required training during the inspection on 04/06/2023. Staff could not produce training when asked for it.
Staff #2 with a hire date of 8/11/2021 did not have the 10 hour required training during the inspection on 04/06/2023. Staff could not produce training when asked for it.
