An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on October 9, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 11: 55 am and ended at 12:25 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 14 children present with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 staff records electronically on October 9, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
