Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/16/2022 and concluded on 11/16/2022. There were a total of 3 children (12 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, and songs. The home, 3 child records, 6 caregiver/household member records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: Child # 's record1, date of first attendance 8/9/2022, was missing the written authorization from the parents for emergency medical care.
Evidence: The Provider did not conduct a fire drill for the months of September and October 2022.
