Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 21, 2024, from 9:15am-9:50am. This inspection was to follow up on the serious violations cited back in November 2023. At the time of entrance, ( 8 ) children ( 29 ) points were in care with ( 3 ) caregivers present. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 1 new caregiver records. The violations with the children records from last inspection have been corrected.
6 infants were observed sleeping in cribs with light blankets covering the body of the infants. No stuffed animals, pillows or comforters were found in the cribs. 1 child was observed in a high chair eating snack. The fire drill form has been completed and is current.
No medications were on site.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
