Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 5/22/2023 between the hours of 9:50am and 11am. There were 11 children present, ranging in ages from 2 and a half to four years, with 2 supervising staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision and procedures. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
