Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 5/01/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:30 p.m. and ended at 1:50 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 58 children present with 12 staff. The inspector reviewed eight children?s records and six staff records on-site. This inspection included document review (i.e. background checks, exemption posting, proof of ID, CPR/FA trainings, health reports), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
