A complaint inspection was initiated on 3/15/2023 and concluded on 3/24/2023. There were 25 children present with nine staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision. Interviews conducted with staff and record reviews were conducted. The inspection started at 9:30 am and concluded at 9:53 am.
