Inspector Notes

An unannounced mandated inspection was completed from 4:50 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. There were 28 children in care with three school-age staff supervising. Children were observed playing on the playground, doing homework, being as assisted with a playground incident, and being picked up by their guardians.
Five children's records were reviewed. Three staff records were reviewed at the main office on 04/25/2022.

The inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and the violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on interview and record review, the center did not have an annual fire inspection.
Evidence:
1. The last fire inspection was completed 10/21/2020.
Plan of Correction: The director has spoken to the school and was told the Town of PUlaski currently has a vacancy for the fire marshal. The fire chief has been contacted but no one has called back.
