Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/18/2022 and concluded on 11/18/2022 There were 6 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 2:50pm and concluded at 3:50pm.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of documentation the center failed to ensure that evacuation drills are practiced monthly.

Evidence:
Documentation provided did not have a practiced evacuation drill recorded for September 2022 and October 2022. These evacuation drills are to be practiced and documented monthly.
Plan of Correction: Staff will be reminded that these evacuation drills must be practiced and documented each month to ensure future compliance.
