Based on interviews the center failed to ensure that behavior guidance is constructive and intended to redirect children.
Evidence:
Staff #1 admitted to yelling numerous times at child #1 while trying to talk to the child about his actions. Staff #2, #3, child #1, and video also verified this.

Plan of Correction: The staff member was immediately brought into the administrators office at the center once the allegation was reported to the center. The staff member was immediately placed on leave and has since been terminated for yelling at the child and other non-procedural actions.
