Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced virtual inspection on 6/14/21 and concluded on 6/14/21 in response to a complaint received by the department on 6/9/21 for allegations regarding supervision and care of infants. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations and a virtual inspection was conducted. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
