Inspector Notes

. The inspection was initiated from a complaint that was received at the Valley Licensing office on 03/31/2023 regarding the allegations of ratio and staff training. An on-site visit was conducted on April 7, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. through 1:30 p.m. There were 69 children, ages 8 months through 5, in the care of 11 staff. Four staff records were reviewed and the center was toured.

No violations were found during this inspection and the complaint is not valid.
