Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/17/2024 and completed on 10/17/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/09/2024 relating to allegations of inappropriate supervision. Interviews were conducted 10/17/2024, 10/21/2024 and 10/28/2024. This inspection included interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
