Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on March 11, 2026 and completed on March 13, 2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 2, 2026 relating to allegations of staff quantity. This inspection include a tour of the facility, observations, interviews, and record review. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
