Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30am-10:40am with the provider on site. There were 3 children with one caregiver. A sample of 2 children's files and 3 caregivers/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play. Interactions between the children and caregiver were positive. The physical space, evacuation drills, attendance records, emergency supplies and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Based on interview, the provider did not have a carbon monoxide detector and the building was built before 2015 and serves preschool age children.
Evidence:
