Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 5/31/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.
The subsidy requirements were reviewed this date; allergy action plans, staff trainings, nutrition and food services, recordkeeping, hazardous substances, reporting injuries, emergency plans and transportation.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Based on review, the provider did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Evidence:
1. The provider had an attendance record, but did it did not document the arrival and departure of each child.
Plan of Correction: I will add the arrival and departure times on the attendance record.
