Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 8/4/2022 and concluded on 8/4/2022. There were a total of 3 children (8 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, bathroom breaks, hand washing, and outside play. The home and outside area was inspected. The Step 2 slide outside is not used for the childcare children at this time until tile mats can be purchased. Carbon monoxide detector was purchased, dates of 2 cribs were in compliance, no medications, reviewed fire drills and emergency preparedness plan. A total of 3 child records and 3 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
