Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/22/2022 with the center director and one staff There were 3 children present, ranging in ages from 11 months to 3 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
