Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on February 9, 2024 with the center director and staff. There were 4 children present, ranging in ages from 3 months to 6 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 1 staff record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
