Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on May 18, 2022 and concluded on May 18, 2022. On May 18, 2022, the licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 10:00 am until 11:40 am. The provider assisted with the inspection. There were seven children present, ranging in ages from two years to five years, with three caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of seven child records, three caregiver records and two household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
