An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on, May 22, 2024. The inspector was on site from approximately 9:20 am until 10:45 am. There were four children present with two caregivers supervising for a value of 7 points. Children were observed participating in circle time. Children discussed the calendar and sang songs. Later children played with toys and traced their name on paper. The children also sang their own version of the ABC?s for the inspector.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of
five child records, two caregiver records, and two household member records were reviewed. The inspectors interacted with the provider and children in care.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
