Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on today, October 11th, 2022. There were 5 (16 points) children present with 2 caregiver's supervising. The home, children's records, the back yard, first aid kits, menu's, diaper creams, evacuation logs and emergency preparedness procedures were reviewed. The children were observed singing songs, playing in the backyard, hand washing and having lunch. Lunch consisted of chicken, noodles, mixed vegetables, pineapple and milk. 3Evidence:
The provider did not have a carbon monoxide detector on the first floor where children are served.
Evidence:
Child #3 and child #5's records do not contain signed written authorization for emergency medical care should an emergency occur and the parent cannot be located immediately.
Child #1 and child #2's records do not contain documentation of an annual update of emergency contact information.
Evidence:
There were 4 containers of diaper cream that were not labeled with the child's name.
