An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 3/11/2024 and completed on 3/15/2024. Interviews were held with staff and records were reviewed concerning a complaint received in this office on 03/11/2024 concerning supervision and emergency procedures.
The preponderance of evidence does not support he allegation therefore there were no violations.
