Inspector Notes

An announced on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 05/13/25 in response to a planned relocation of the licensed program. Any areas of noncompliance are documented in the violation notice. The on-site inspection began at 1:15 and ended at 2:15. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. No children were in care yet at this new site expected to open later May. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and measurements.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
