Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/29/2021 and concluded on 12/1/2021. The director was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were 26 children present and 6 staff. The inspector emailed the director/provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and interview it was determined the staff did not ensure that all hazardous substances were kept locked.
Evidence:
1. There was a bleach water solution spray bottle in the cubby above the diaper changing table in the infant room.
2. Staff confirmed that the bottle should be in the locked closet.
Plan of Correction: Staff put the bleach water bottle in the locked cabinet during this inspection.
