Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/02/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Areas of noncompliance are noted in the violation narrative and were discussed with the provider during the exit meeting at the conclusion of the inspection.

Based on record review and interview it was determined the center did not ensure that all staff had current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care within 90 days of employment.
Evidence:
1. The record for staff #5(hired 8/21/23) did not contain documentation of current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.
