Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on November 15, 2022. There were 18 children present, with 9 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. In the 2's room, lunch that was brought from home was not labeled with a date.
Plan of Correction: Corrected during inspection. We will make sure all food brought from home is clearly labeled with the child's name and current date.
