Inspector Notes

An inspection was conducted today between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. There were 15 children present with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and emergencies. The children were observed eating lunch and getting ready for naptime. A total of 3 staff records and 4 child records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
