Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.

An announced initial inspection was initiated on 7/28/2021 and concluded on 7/28/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The physical plant, classrooms, and emergency supplies were inspected. Two staff/agent records were reviewed. No children were present during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
