Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-12:30pm. There were 28 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and participating in movement activities. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
