Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today beginning at 2:45pm. There was 1 child (4 points) present with the Provider which is within the supervision guidelines. The child was observed taking a nap, diapering, and playing. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill log, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were no violations found during today's inspection.
