Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 11:45am-12:25pm. There were 3 children (7 points) present with the Provider within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed being held and taking a nap. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill log, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

Based on a review of child records, the Provider did not maintain an up-to-date record for each enrolled child.

Evidence:
1. Child #1's last annual update of emergency information was dated 7/14/2022.
2. Child #3's last annual update of emergency information was dated 4/10/2022,
Plan of Correction: I will ask the parents to update the emergency information today or tomorrow.
