Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on December 17, 2024 and the inspection concluded on January 2, 2024. The on-site inspection began at t4:00 p.m. and ended at 5:15 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 55 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records on site and 3 staff records electronically on January 2, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
