This subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Preliminary data was obtained from the vendor on May 10, 2021. An initial subsidy inspection was initiated on May 13, 2021, at which time the vendor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection, and concluded on May 14, 2021. The inspector emailed the vendor a list of items required to complete the inspection. The vendor reported there were seven children in care. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two staff records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
