Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30am. There were no children present today as the home was closed for break but the Provider was available. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children and the home was clean and organized. The Provider has a new dog and records were maintained to verify health and immunizations of the puppy. The Provider has already obtained several hours in training and stated the assistant needed to start taking more trainings. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
