An unannounced inspection was initiated on April 10, 2025 and completed on June 2, 2025 with cps and law enforcement in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on April 8, 2025 relating to allegations of forbidden actions. This inspection included interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
