Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:30 am to 12:10pm. At the time of entrance, 3 children totaling 9 points were in care with the provider. The record sample size consisted of 2 children's records and the provider's record. The children in care were observed engaging with the provider, participating in lunch and nap time. There have been no injuries since the last inspection and no medications are being administered at this time. Areas of noncompliance are noted in the violation narrative and were discussed with the provider during the exit meeting at the conclusion of the inspection.
