Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on May 12, 2022 from 10:15 A.M.-12:15 P.M. At the time of the inspection Fifty-three (53) children were in care with thirteen (13) staff present. Five children records, three staff records, evacuations drills, first aid kits, emergency supplies, health inspection, emergency plan, outside play area, and posted required information were reviewed. Children were observed outside playing, handwashing, snack time, free choice activities, music and movement, lunchtime, and preparation for naptime. The were no violations cited during the inspection.
