Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on ,May 12, 2022 between the hours of 10:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Fifty-three (53) children were in the care of thirteen staff members. Three staff records and five children's records were reviewed/updated. A licensing inspection was also conducted these dates; the two inspections combined cover all of the subsidy health and safety requirements. Only the subsidy requirements that were not covered in the licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
