Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/6/2024. 3 children (8pts) were present with 1 caregiver. The physical space, evacuation drills, safety supplies, attendance records, caregiver/household member records, 3 child ren's records and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed interacting with each other and engaging with the caregiver. Interactions were positive. Age appropriate materials were available throughout.

Standard 8VAC20-800-180-A
Based on record review, and interview with the provider, a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form, was not obtained every two years from the date of the first screening for each caregiver and adult household member. Evidence: The subsequent tuberculosis screenings for Household member A and Household member B were expired.
Plan of Correction: The TB tests will be redone right away and I will make sure they are done every 2 years in the future.
