Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on January 30, 2024 with the provider and two attendants. There were 10 children present, ranging in ages from 6 months to 4 years, totaling 24 points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records, 4 caregiver, and one household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
