Inspector Notes

An unannounced self-reported investigation was initiated on 6/16/2022 and a follow-up inspection visit was conducted on 7/6/2022, in response to a self-reported incident that was received by the Fairfax licensing office on 6/14/2022 regarding programs. Based on interviews and records reviewed the evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the self-report of non-compliance with the standards or law. There were 107 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 27 staff during the inspection.
